Embraer Signs Services, Support Contracts With African, European Carriers

Embraer has announced the signing of new maintenance contracts and the extension of agreements with African and European carriers, securing customers an efficient operation with the state-of-the art support from the original manufacturer through the TechCare program.

Embraer’s Pool Program offers full repair coverage for components and parts, airframe maintenance, and unlimited access to a large stock of components at the company’s distribution centers. Operators experience significant savings on repair and inventory costs, reduction in required warehousing space and resources required for repair management, while ultimately providing guaranteed performance levels.

In Africa, Zambia’s Royal Air Charters signed a new support contract for the recently acquired ERJ-145.

“We are humbled to sign and renew these pool agreements which are an important endorsement by these key customers in Africa and Europe for the superior quality and scope of Embraer’s portfolio of services,” said Johann Bordais, President & CEO, Embraer Services & Support. “It reinforces our commitment to secure fleet availability and reduce costs, enabling our customers to outperform.”
