Qatar Airways, RAM and other Oneworld airlines bag awards at Skytrax Awards 2024
oneworld alliance says its airlines “scooped 40 top awards at the 2024 World Airline Awards this week.” oneworld member, Qatar Airways, was named “Airline of the Year, marking an unprecedented eighth time it has been awarded the top accolade in the 25-year history of the awards. In total Qatar Airways won an impressive 12 awards.”
In the same light, the only African Oneworld airline Royal Air Maroc was awarded with the Best Regional Airline in Africa.
According to Oneworld, its newly announced full members “British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Iberia, Japan Airlines, Qatar Airways and Fiji Airways” were also among the top 20 airlines worldwide, representing more than a quarter of the most highly ranked.
