IATA And FAAN Collaborate To Promote Sustainable Growth Of Nigeria’s Aviation Industry

Mr. Kamil Alawadhi, The International Air Transport Association (IATA) Vice-President for Africa and the Middle East, has paid a courtesy visit to Mrs. Olubunmi Kuku, Managing Director of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).

The meeting focused on “enhancing collaboration between IATA and FAAN to strengthen partnerships that promote the sustainable growth of Nigeria’s Aviation industry.” Mr. Alawadhi commended “the significant improvements at Nigerian airports, noting FAAN’s dedication to maintaining high standards of safety, security, and passenger experience.”

FAAN says discussions also covered “infrastructure development and further opportunities for cooperation.”
